We suggest that your arrive fifteen minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so that you are able to complete a client intake form and perhaps unwind and enjoy a refreshment before your treatment begins.

Cell phones are to be turned off once entering the
salon & spa. Please respect others that have come to RELAX.

Upon entering your treatment, your therapist will leave the room so that you may disrobe. Please keep in mind that our therapists and technicians are trained to keep you warmly draped at all times.

As much we like the company of children, we need to ensure the comfort and relaxation of all our clients by requesting that you refrain from bringing children with you to your appointment.

If you are unable to keep your appointment with us, please give us 24 hours notice in order to avoid a $25 cancellation fee. Returned checks will be assessed a $25 fee.
